Why Be So detailed in this Description?   Because I know the rules of how the universe works and I am applying them to my life.    By defining what I choose to experience and by holding a clear vision of my intention, I am literally creating it and it's only a matter of getting out of the way and letting it showing up.   (For the "How and Why" of this truth, please see my Theta-Healing / Theta-Transformation° website.)   

What is the Desired Context:   Here are some example of the context that would fit my desires:

*  A  person who has several homes and wants them to be cared for in his/her absence.

*  A person who has already acquired his her wealth and chooses to relax and enjoy the fruits of past labors.  

* A person who in his or her retirement years wants someone to oversee and care for his/her property and to be available in times of emergency.

Why Am I Seeking this Position:   Because I can fulfill my desires and at the same time provide a much needed service.  

As caretaker, I'll get to live on a property that is beyond my present, physical capacity to purchase on my own.

Timing:   I am prepared to take as much time as is required to find the right property for me to oversee.

Location:   I will consider any location; however there are preferences.  

  Locations to avoid include:   

Areas of excessive summer heat, such a Palm Springs, California;  

Areas of excessive winter cold, such a Caribou Maine;  

Areas where trees and forests are a rarity.

Being in the middle of a high-population density areas such as New York City.

  Locations to give priority to include

Areas where forests are nearby, such as the Pacific Northwest and the Appalachian mountains  

My Expertise:   I have the technical training and experience from my years in real estate and general contracting.   I am skilled at interpersonal communication, in counseling, and as a mediator.   My years as a minister and wedding officiant have expanded my awareness of how to function in a physical body on planet Earth.   My background, my training, my experience and my skills  are valuable in knowing what to do, when to do it, and how it should be done.    

Things to avoid:     I am not intending to do the manual labor or property repairs (except in emergency situations).

Working Hours:   I am not seeking a full-time job.   I am seek a position that will require a maximum of 20 hours per week.  I can function effectively at any time of day or night.  

Other Activities:   I have recently (2006) become a Theta Healing / Theta Transformation Facilitator.   I do much of my consulting work on the phone.   I'm also an author presently with two on-line E-books and multiple website articles.
