Estate Property 

Care Manager

By utilizing the property maintenance skills and the interpersonal-relation­ship skills I have acquired over the years, I am able to offer you a high-quality service --- a service based on more than 20 years of experience.   

    I will oversee routine property repair work to insure that quality work is done in a timely manner using high quality materials.  

   I will oversee major repairs  (or remodeling)  and act as liaison between you, and the con­tractors and between you and the government agencies.

   My Qualifications:

Why I'm Moving:   The property I presently live- in and care- for is being sold.

Because being a minister is not a high paying occupation, my intention is to make use of my background talents and supplement my wedding services income by offering my services as an Estate Property Care Manager.

Born September 1,1940.   

Raised in a small New England town:   Brattleboro Vermont.   

B. S.  in Forestry from the  University of Maine:   1962

Trained in the Vermont Air National Guard  as still photographer:  1963 -1969

M. S.  in Forestry Economics form the University of Vermont:   1966  

Moved to California on a lark In 1968.    Robert worked for the next two years as a photographer and a graphic artist  for a mail order company that distributed nudist magazines.   In 1969, as a result of having his name on a post office mail box, he was prosecute by a district attorney in Abilene, Texas who was trying the make himself look good and be appointed as a judge.   As a plea bargain and to keep my two older brother our of jail, Robert pled guilty and as a result, in 1974, he spent six months in Terminal Island Federal Correctional institution.

From 1970 to 1992, The Life Center was an avocation for me.   I studied  and researched religion and philosophy part time and eventually qualified myself to be an ordained minister.   From 1970 to 1992 I earned my living as a general contractor.   During that time period, I became a California Licensed General Contractor and a Licensed California Real Estate Broker.  

From 1992 to the present, I have focused my work in The Life Center.   As a ordained minister, I have been officiaiting weddings and doing spiritual counseling  since 1992.
